You can display speed and a graphical representation of your hr - shown as a series of bars in the centre of the display. This shows a % of the range you input. I bought one of these a few years ago, but wasn't overly impressed with the power output was merely connected with the speed - I found it really easy to sustain 300 watts when freewheeling downhill! The other functions were good though - speed was only shown in whole units, but it recorded consistantly, and after riding 50 laps round Eastway, I could see both 'hills' each lap, together with my cadence, speed and hr on a very easy to use graph.I've passed my suggestion about power onto ciclosport, who've informed me that the HAC5 - or whatever it's sucessor is going to be called, will be more accurate. One good thing about it, is the supplier was extremely helpful in replacing one of the buttons which popped off and vanished when i wasn't looking - Thanks to Barry Smith at sportstronics!
