I use Continental Grand Prix 3000.Is there anything quicker, puncture proof and with lower rolling resistance? If so what are they?

Why do you ask - are you having problems with them. The one I've bought for my rear wheel has been excellent in all the above(touch wood). I think if you change the tyre you might be able to improve 1 or 2 of the 3 (quicker, puncture proof, rolling res) but you will prob comprimise on one or more other factors.eg better rolling resis and speed will prob come at the expense of poor puncture resistance. And more puncture protection will prob result in a heavier slower tyre etc.For general riding I think the GP3K is very good. If your talking about racing then maybe there is a better tyre (I'll leave that to someone who actually races!)

Michelin Pro-Race.....Well maybe not as good on the puncture resitance front, but Ive never tried GP3000 and with Pro-Races, Ive only had 3 punctures (2 pinch) in 4000miles.My mates at uni recommend GP3000, but Pro-Race are good enough for me!
