Can anyone suggest a reliable online bike shop for accessories, with fast delivery for a reasonable price? Parker International (with their "second class" or "second class" attitude) completely let me down today.

Chain Reaction, ProBikeKit - both have been consistently prompt and efficient - and free p&p.

Wiggle, CRC both fine. And Parker too though they tend to take a day or so longer. Parker couldn't have been more helpful replacing cracked Mavic Reflex rim and rebuilding the wheel under warranty.

And if you use eBay I can recommend High On Bikes. Not always the cheapest, but certainly some of the best eBay service - lightning quick delivery too. And a 100% feedback record. Also SJS (St Johns Street Cycles) are quite good, as are all the above. Plus never had any problems with Parker - just don't use them if you need stuff in a real hurry. And despite issues others have had, I've always found Ribble to be good, esp for components and clothing.Don't use Dave Hinde - no matter how low the prices it isn't worth it...

I find the what packaging will it arrive in" game with Parker almost as entertaining as the "do I get wine gums this time" game with Wiggle. Neither have ever let me down, though+1 also for chainreaction, dotbike and highonbikesWhat else may be worth mentioning (though maybe not applicable to the OP) - Cycle Surgery shop prices are higher than their web prices, but they will in my experience match web prices instore if you ask. May help to have a printout of the relevant web page."

I have used the following and been very happy: Wiggle, Chainreaction, Evans, Parker International, ukbikestore.Cyclesurgery is the only one I've used that were very slow and needed any chasing up - was only the once though so will give them the benefit of the doubt until it happens again.

Wiggle, also although they are more mountain bike, Merlin Cycles do some road stuff and the service is brilliant, I got tyres last week ordered on Monday, there next day first class, postage free.

Probably not worth it now the pound has taken a dive but I've had excellent service from: bike-components.de, fahrrad.de and fizzbikes.com

Pretty good experiences with suppliers mentioned above - wiggle, Parker, Dotbike, High on bikes. Also good service from Ribble and full marks recently for CRC who replaced a faulty Tacx turbo even though it was a few weeks out of warranty.

CRC have been very good, I usually get next day delivery, although on several occasions I received the wrong goods. Their customer service and replacement policies are good and on the ball with replacing goods. Out of stock items are also followed up well. No experience of the others like Wiggle, Parker etc as they tend to be more expensive than CRC. Have also used HighOnBikes, and although not always the cheapest they do have items hard to find elsewhere, service is good and speed of delivery is excellent. They will also help you source something if they don't have it in stock.

Never had a problem with Parkers, or Wiggle or CRC.Using your LBS is pretty good though, I get excellent service from the two or three that I go to.

Edinburghbicycles.com may not have the widest range but their service, even when you have a complaint, is excellent. You are never ignored, and I've always felt like a valued customer, even if my purchases are invariably at the budget end of the spectrum.(Beware the similar address edinburghcycles. There is no connection.)

Wiggle were recently very good with an order of mine where one of the items was out of stock but I'd asked for priority shipping on the other two items. One quick email to them and they got back to me within an hour. Brilliant service.

As mentioned - Wiggle, Ribble etc. Parker a bit slow IMO. Also used Ebay.
