Hi all, I've recently purchased an Arione Wingflex and very comfy it is too, but have a question I'm hoping the forum can shed some light on.When  putting my bike away after the first 50 miles on the Arione I realised that it had bent out of it's original symetrical shape. It seemed to have adopted a slight right-hand biased twist. The nose is still pointing perfectly at the middle of the bars, but the body of the saddle is definitely "off kilter" and the right "wing" is dipped slighty from the horizontal.I refitted it, suspecting that I may not have set it up correctly, but it was definitely skewed and has remained that way (now 150 miles on it).I know that I ride with a slight right-leg bias which rocks me in the saddle due to a long term back problem, and the saddle is very comfy but can anyone tell me if they've seen anything similar with the Arione?  Is wingflex permanent? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Wingflex just means the sides are softer (where the grill type pattern is). If the whole saddle is twisting this sounds like a fault not a designed in character. I have had an arione and had no such movement, It sounds like its twisting on its rails? Any movement, loseness, bending around the rail connections underneath? Is it new?

Check the undercarriage. Ariones are prone to cracking, and that sounds like it might be the case. Other than that, the wingflex sometimes degrades real quick and riding off-centre will speed that process up. Personally I'd take back and swap for an Aliante and spend some moneya t the chiropractor to understand whyyou ride biased.

Take it back. A twisted saddle is never a good thing. However, it may be an indication that you ride off-centre, which may be work checking out in case there is a potential injury problem to be resolved.
