    Forget the chart CW gave away last week, www.bikeprolog.com logs your miles and does nifty charts, and it's free!

    Thanks 'nago, done it. Don't think I'll be able to compete on their annual mileage competion, though.

    some nutter has done 451 miles already this year.average ride 112 miles or something, must have plenty of spare time.american though so i presume it's warmer...

    Either that or they're making it up. Sod the others is what I say, my poxy mileage will look fine on those charts.

    that's was my worry too.i just write it on the calender, then do a graph on excel when i'm bored at work!

    Oh, I haven't been bored enough to graph it, though I have made a weekly training log template in word. I thought the world was about to end then....

    What, the quality of the graphs? I never do quality rides, they're always a struggle...
