Nice one! Aiming for just under 24min and you go and nearly do a sub 23, that cant be too bad! I'd be well chuffed if I did that.

It's great to drop awhole minute like that , -- I bet you couldn't have forcast it though!, -- proves that your training methods are half decent, -- only 11secs to go, you know you can do it now!! -- have a fast season!!

I must admit I was a little surprised as the condidtions where not great and I had riden to and from work so had put 54miles before the TT.Just wished I had tried a little harder now as I felt good when I crossed teh finish line....

I'm riding my first 10 in 2 weeks now after I was burnt out on my last TT and was worried I was giving it a little too much. Tonight is the night went out on the bike yesterday managed to hit 43mph on my way to work my previous fastest was 39, was still going but ran out of road, would be nice if I could average that round the 10!My PB is 24.12 hoping to go under 24 this evening, the conditions are in my favour so hopefully I can only be onto a good thing!Congrats to Steven!Got my secret weapon tonight aswel.Black socks.

Well done Stephen, I remember the first time I broke the 24 minute barrier, for some reason doing a 10m TT over 25mph) did something to me.Keep at it & who knows where you'll end up.Funnily enough, those feelings of elation were about 10 years ago for me & part of the reason why I want to get fit again & try to get back to the fitness I once had!

Well done Stephen,I'm interested in what percentage of time (if any) you ride out of the saddle, sprint near the end ??
