Dave has my respect for riding to the race and back, just see it as mid-session intervals.I hope you zipped up your jersey and saluted the crowd?

james, the race all stayed together - despite several futile attacks - until the last lap. i managed, somehow to time my sprint just right. i was right near the front, some guy attacked and i went with him, went past him, and just managed to hold on for the line. looking at the pictures i won by half a wheel.riding with the big boys this week though!
