Five European newspapers publish "manifesto for credible cycling"

Yeah, OK.
I have read the report and the 8 points raised. They seem ideal - but they could also go further to stop the threat of doping.
The UCI has too much say and control anlong with the ASO as to what happens at races and who should do what.
We need a uniformed independant system of dope control at races and events and out of events testing.
I also think that any riders banned from the sport should also forefit their wages from the start of the year and also pay back any prize or appearance monies from that year.
