    Going stir crazy

    Getting close to 3 weeks off the bike.

    I had an injury induced (dodgy neck) week off the bike before the cold snap.

    I would have gone out on Sun afternoon and stuck to the main, gritted ice free roads but I had a stinking cold and just didn't feel like it.

    No rollers or turbo option for me.

    At least the forecast looks like it is going to warm up by the weekend...

    Yep, I've got my first Track session at Newport on Friday (I'll post some pics if they come out OK, it's very dark for pics)- the track bike's been sitting in the foyer for about 2 months waiting! Forecast for Sun is still pretty grim, so may wait a bit lonegr for the road.
