    Gave the hill climbing advice a go this morning on a 4km climb. Worked well. I usually try too hard and rush it. This time I pushed a bigger gear, sat down and went up steadily. Got to the top with breath to spare. I usually need more recovery time. Worked for me!

    Interesting article, as ever.

    Would the use of supplements such as High 5 Zero be useful in training to burn fat? Seems to fit the bill as long as your training intnsity is low enough for longer sessions. I've used them in the past trying to combine long commutes with endurance training.
