    Roadbike Advice

    Hi Guys
Im currently in the market for a new road bike and im wondering weather to purchase a bike from a retailer or to build one online and have it delivered. Im currently riding a flatbar commuter but want to change to drop bars then as time goes on id put on better parts. I was wondering if i could get some recommendations please...iv tried ribble and specialised bike builder but there out of my budget. Is it possible for me to get a good light bike for say 600ish then upgrade it to ultegra groupset and lighter parts once i receive the bike or is that a bad idea. Or should i just buy a ready made bike with 105's....im currently only doing 25k a day but would like to increase that distance at weekends.

    Cheers!!

Best bet is to buy a used bike...

For 600 you'd be better off getting 2nd hand one off Flea bay, otherwise you're looking at something pretty basic new.
All the gear and no idea.

or a last years models, 2016 bikes are going for around 600 that would of been 1000-1200, 2017 bikes just starting to sell cheaper if the flood of emails i got this week is anything to go by.
