    Well things don't seem to be going well sent a email Sunday received a reply Monday asking for a picture serial no etc sent info off Tuesday and not heard a thing off them since, very poor customer service

    Any updates to this? I'm looking at the Wahoo bolt and experience of their after sales service is always nice to hear, good and bad.

    Quick update its taken 14 day from first email to get a reply and that was after hounding them through e mail's Twitter Facebook etc no apology. Last e mail was Thursday saying a courier will collect Friday oh guess what no courier so make of this what you want. Not a happy fella
