    The Official Vuelta 2017 Thread

Who will be lead rider for Sky? G or FroomeDog? Can the latter do the double.... I am quietly hopeful. There was all this chat about a late peak for Froome's form as his last week was always his weakest in TDF. I think it is safe to say he got stronger throughout.

If Froome goes he will be lead rider. He was intimating yesterday about riding it so in all probability he will.
All the gear and no idea.

Froome will be TL and I wouldn't bet against him.

Indeed. I reckon he was doing just enough to win the Tour to keep him 'fresh' for the Vuelta.

As said in my last TdF post G has declared that he does not wish to ride but things may change. As Froome has declared his intent to win the Tour/Vuelta double this year and has tailored his training schedule around it, plus he only lost last year because of a moment's lack of concentration which allowed Bertie and The Old Man to get away it is difficult to see past him and surely if G does ride it will be understood it is in the service of Froomedog. But then if Tom Tit rides who knows?.....

Froome... then the triple crown with the Giro next year, if that counts!

It will be interesting to see Tom Dum head to head with Froomey.

Latest is Tom Tit won't be riding this year.
