Sorry, but I don't like The Fall. R6 did an expose of an album and it just didn't click. Like Portishead mind, got it on me mp3.

Yeah, there's a time and a place for Portishead for sure.

Thinking back to the rave era, any of you lot listen to The Shamen? Many happy memories of my uni days... singing e's are good, e's are good, e's ebeneezer goode etc...(*disclaimer- not that I took any e's clearly!)

I liked Boss Drum too, great bass line.

I used to like this too, by the Orb. Listening to it now the 'little fluffy clouds' woman does my head in. Oh well, that's getting old for you!

Heard this 80s throwback on Heart the other day:

What a tune and what a voice!

I cycled on the road (as usual) yesterday so just listened to the occasionally bird tweet, my breathing as I went up a few climbs etc. Beats music(geddit) anyday.
All the gear and no idea.

Talking of 80's throwbacks, I was playing at a gig a little while ago, one of the earlier acts with her ukulele orchestra was Sam Brown. Lovely lady.

Love the 80s, listen to it a lot! Love the Shamen and Ebeneezer too, still Mr C is in the game. He owned 'The End' in London and still does a night called 'Superfreq'. He is a LEGEND!

Listening to this as I make this post...
