    What kind of brake outers have you got, regular Bowden or something more exotic like Jagwire Link? Nor have you indcated which cassette you have invested in.

    Soz mr Q...just weighed my bike....and it's a lightweight...ha ha ha..7.7kg....it must be because I left my garmin 520 on it....oh and I think the battery's are FULLy charged so they must weigh more....too...

    I had Nokon cables, were awesome to look at but shifting was better when we went back to Campy OEM.

    Well as you asked : I'm not sure if the LBS kept the original Shimano cables when they changed from Dura Ace to SRAM Red to save threading the rear cable through the frame or switched to the SRAM ones - either way they are bog standard. An the cassette is 11-28 Dura Ace and just in case you forgot to ask the chain in SRAM Red and the headset Cannondale SI. So no trick bits.
    It doesn't matter how many times you fall down, its how times many you get back up that count.
