    Continental GP5000

    New tyre out from Continental, looks good but pricey.

    Bugger! I've just shelled out on a pair of Hutchinson Fusion 5 ElevenStorm Perfomance (what a moniker) tyres.

    It’s being hailed as the replacement for the GP400011 so:-
    1.Why so expensive?
    2.Why Tubeless?
    If they we’re the same price as a GP4000 then I’d probably buy them and run them with tubes but I’ll more likely stick to my GP4000s for a few years.

    Just found a review I could load and see they do a standard Tyre.Still too expensive though!

    It states international dates and pricing TBA on all reviews I've found.
    Doesn't come up in a search on the Continental website either.

    I like GCN, they make some excellent videos and give outstanding advice, but the 'includes paid promotion' at the start of the video means it loses some objectivity for me.

    Is nothing sacred on YouTube anymore?
